Overview

CyBR-MSI is an initiative from the American Society for Engineering Education (ASEE) to increase participation of researchers at Minority-Serving Institutions in National Science Foundation’s (NSF) Computer Science and Engineering (CISE) Core programs.

The purpose of the CyBR-MSI program is threefold:
(1) to help participants identify and co-create research ideas for NSF CISE Core programs;

(2) to form and develop research teams among researchers from MSIs; and

(3) to establish the groundwork for competitive grant proposals.

This 5-session Proposal Development Workshop (NITW) will provide research teams with instruction, writing labs, and expert feedback on the development of key components of their proposals, including the project description, budget/budget justification and project summary.
