At the 2024 NSF CISE-MSI Grantees Meeting, grantees will have the opportunity to lead interactive concurrent sessions. There are a limited number of 75-minute session time slots available. Grantee-led sessions should be interactive and seek to foster knowledge-sharing and ideation among participants. Sessions may be related to current CISE-MSI projects, but this is not a requirement.

Submit your proposal by March 8, 2024 at 11:59 PM, ET.

Session proposals should clearly state the following:

1. Title, facilitator name(s) and affiliation(s), and brief description (please limit session description to 2,000 characters)
2. Format (e.g. panel session, interactive workshop)
3. Session goal(s) and participant learning objectives
4. A brief overview of activities that will take place during your session
5. Time breakdown (a brief overview of how your 75-minute session will progress)

All sessions will take place on Thursday, May 23, 2024. Sessions will be 75 minutes (1 hour and 15 minutes) in duration. 

Each session room will be set up in round tables and will be equipped with the following audio visual equipment:

1. A PC laptop
2. A speaker podium
3. An LCD screen or projector
4. A microphone
5. A flip chart with markets and Post-it notes
